Money on The Table: Sharing Program Income with Vocational Rehabilitation through Ticket to Work and Partnership Plus
Presenter: Russ Thelin
Description: With program sustainability a primary concern of Inclusive Higher Education program, this webinar introduces the Social Security Administration’s Ticket to Work and related Partnership Plus model. Through Partnership Plus, Inclusive Higher Education programs can share in financial reimbursements to vocational rehabilitation (VR) as students on SSDI and SSI achieve and sustain substantial gainful employment. Besides a general introduction to Ticket to Work and Partnership Plus, the webinar will cover steps to establish an agreement with VR, detail financial milestone outcomes, and share examples of potential money on the table as program income by taking advantage of this cost sharing opportunity.

This webinar is hosted by Think College in partnership with the Rehabilitation and Research Training Center on Transitioning Youth and Vocational Rehabilitation (https://vrpracticesandyouth.org).
